ABOUT THIS PLANT:
Ornithogalum Caudatum is a unique ornamental bulb plant known for producing small offshoots (“pups”) along the sides of its above-ground bulb. These offsets can be left attached for a clustered display or separated to grow additional plants.
Native to South Africa, this succulent species is commonly grown in containers or as a houseplant. It is low-maintenance and well-suited for indoor growing.
The plant produces tall flower stalks reaching up to 3 feet, topped with clusters of delicate white star-shaped flowers accented with subtle green veining. Each flowering spike may carry numerous blooms, creating an elegant and eye-catching display. Strap-shaped leaves can grow up to 2 feet long, adding texture and interest even when the plant is not in bloom.
This plant is grown for ornamental purposes only and is not intended for consumption.
